Onyx Membership Plan Schedule of Fees

Onyx offers three different Membership Plans (“Plan”or “Plans”): Basic, Plus and Premium. All Plans have an annual (12-month) term. The different benefits of Plans can be viewed by visiting the following link: https://www.onyxprivate.com/onyx-membership. We encourage you to carefully assess the membership options before committing to any plan.

Fees are required to maintain priority support and services. All fee amounts will be withdrawn from your Account and will be assessed as long as your Account is open, except where prohibited by law:

  • Basic Membership: $0 (Free)
  • Plus Membership: $90 yearly; or $10/month with an annual commitment
  • Premium Membership: $240 yearly; or $25/month with an annual commitment 


You commit to pay the Plus or Premium Membership Fee for 12 consecutive months (after sign up). 


Plan Renewal

Your Onyx Membership will automatically renew upon the anniversary (12 months) of its activation/renewal unless you provide to Onyx no less than 15 (fifteen) days written notice (by email or chat) to terminate that individual Membership.
Have in mind that discounts or special conditions on the initial membership might not be considered in the following membership term.


Plan Upgrade

You may upgrade your Plan at any time. To do so, you can:

  • do it yourself by clicking your account > Plan > Upgrade  
  • ask our support team through the Onyx App 
  • Send an email to support@onyxprivate.com

Plan Cancellation or Downgrade

You can end or downgrade your Plan at any time, however, you may have to pay a fee. You'll still be able to benefit from the services you get for your subscription until the end of the month you have paid the subscription. After that, you'll be subject to the Basic Plan features.

Premium to Plus
If you are an Onyx Premium Plan member and decide to downgrade to Plus Plan within the first 6 months, a downgrade fee of $100 (one hundred dollars) will be applied. If you are an Onyx Premium Plan member and decide to downgrade to Plus Plan after the first 6 months, a cancellation fee of $50 (fifty dollars) will be applied. 

Premium to Basic
If you are an Onyx Premium Plan member and decide to downgrade to Basic or cancel your Plan within the first 6 months, a cancellation fee of $150 (one hundred and twenty) will be applied. If you are an Onyx Premium Plan member and decide to downgrade to Basic or cancel your Plan after the first 6 months, a cancellation fee of $80 (eighty dollars) will be applied. 

By opting for the Plus or Premium Membership Plan, you accept the features, benefits, and pricing associated with it and expressly waive your right to request a refund. This waiver remains valid throughout your Plus and Premium membership terms, irrespective of any changes in your personal or financial circumstances.
