- Overview
The Onyx Private Referral Program ("Program") is designed to reward eligible users who refer new users to our platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must:
- Be an active user of Onyx with a valid account in good standing.
- Be an Onyx Plus or Premium Plan Member and have made at least one deposit.
- Onyx Premium Plan Membership
You can end or downgrade your Premium Plan at any time. However, you may have to pay a fee. You'll still be able to benefit from the services you get for your subscription until the end of the month you have paid a subscription for. After then, you'll be subject to the Basic Plan features.
If you are an Onyx Premium Annual Plan member and decides to downgrade or cancel your Plan, we will put an order to cancel your membership at the end of the 12-month period and won’t renew in the following year, however we don’t give refunds for annual payments.
If you are an Onyx Premium Monthly Plan member and decides to downgrade or cancel your Plan within the first 6 months, a cancellation fee of $250 will be applied. If you are an Onyx Premium Monthly Plan member and decides to downgrade or cancel your Plan after the first 6 months, a cancellation fee of $100 will be applied.

- Referral Process
- You will receive five (5) unique referral invites in the form of black envelopes, each containing a scratcher ticket ("Referral Scratchers").
- To refer a new user, you must share your unique referral link, which can be found within your account dashboard.
- Referred users apply to Onyx by inputting information at Onyx application page, using the referral code provided. Referred users MUST include the referral code during the application process.
- Referred users will skip the waitlist approval process unless Onyx finds a good reason not to allow the user to join the program.
- A referred user must create a new valid Onyx account, make a first deposit, and pay the Plus or Premium Membership fee.
- Once the referred user completes these steps, both the referrer and the referred user will receive a Referral Scratcher.
- Referral Scratchers
- Referral Scratchers can only be redeemed and scratched within the Onyx Private app
- Each Referral Scratcher has a predetermined prize amount, ranging from $25 to $2,000.
- The odds of winning a particular prize are as follows:
Amount - $2,000, Probability - 0.50%
Amount - $1,000, Probability - 0.50%
Amount - $500, Probability - 1%
Amount - $200, Probability - 5%
Amount - $100, Probability - 8%
Amount - $75, Probability - 15%
Amount - $50, Probability - 30%
Amount - $25, Probability - 40%
- Prize Redemption
- To redeem a prize, follow the instructions within the Onyx Private App.
- Prizes will be credited to your Onyx Private account within a reasonable time following redemption.
- All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
- Limitations and Restrictions
- You may refer a maximum of five (5) new users to the platform.
- Onyx Private reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Program at any time, with or without notice.
- Onyx Private reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in the Program if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the user has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Terms.
- Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Onyx Private shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from or in connection with your participation in the Program. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onyx Private from and against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation in the Program.
By participating in the Onyx Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service, Onyx Membership Plan Schedule of Fees and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
